Yes good idea.
I visited the TAGES website:
http://www.tagesprotection.com/main.htm
Then selected Drivers from the top, and d/l the latest TagesSetup.exe (They have 32 or 64 bit versions).
I then ran the TagesSetup, installed the latest drivers (remember to run this app as an Administrator). Then the Game loaded just fine.
I am just assuming the current version of TAGES on some of the games on the Adventure Shop are outdated (for Win 7 users). The above should help you if you are using Win 7, like me.
