1. Self-confidence. I lack it.
2. I don't know if I'm good at making apologies, but I find myself doing it all of the time.
3. I default to apology whenever anything goes wrong that I feel even tangentially responsible for. No idea if it's the right thing to do, and no idea how to stop myself.
