OK, I'm kinda stuck here.

I've been at about every spot on the map and the police station to collect the photos, but I can't get a clue where the crime scene is. In the park there's this motorcycle cop with a radio that says assistence at... The cop won't let me use the radio either. Anyone has a tiny hint?
