2. Well, it's kind of doomed. But if there's cloning or something like that, then definitely.
3. Gender presentation? Ha! Gender is irrelevant. When the superficial distinctions between genders go away, so do all the gender roles. There won't be men's clothes and women's clothes: it'll all be comfortable, and it'll all have pockets. There won't be men's behavior and women's behavior, or men's jobs and women's jobs. There is no "feminine" and "masculine", and those concepts would disappear as soon as we started looking the same.
   
   ..of course, I expect that all sorts of new superficial divisions between people would pop up, just because that's how we do things. In any event, my presentation of myself would be exactly the same as it is in this world. I am myself, I don't need shorthand to tell you that.
