I think those qualify as QTEs. (Quick-time events) As I said before I edited my post yet again, according to some game design material I've read, cutscenes are more along the lines of full-blown cinematics but they're rendered in the in-game engine. Whereas QTEs are short moments where control is taken away from the player due to the player's interacting with something or triggering a combat move, or what have you.
