I thought Dark Knight was awesome. The only thing that let it down a little bit was Batman's overdone 'angry voice'. I get that he has to try and not sound recognizable, but it's a bit silly.
Other than that, great film. Ledger steals the show.
Camp is actually what I dislike about superheroes. They're inherently ridiculous enough that they really don't need to lay on extra cheese. The only superhero films I haven't been embarrassed to watch are the first two of Spiderman and Burton and Nolan's Batman... oh and the first X-men was alright.
I agree though... no accounting for tastes. Some films in that list... "Really?"
