I don't read as much as I used to, but I recently read "How to Stop Acting" by Harold Guskin. It may be a bit odd to read a book written to help actors when I have no intention to start acting, and it was more or less accidental that I bought it, but it was an interesting read. The book gives a lot of insight into what it is that actors do.
