Presumably you think the gameplay time is longer. I can't imagine the 4 or 5 hours figure was plucked out of thin air though. What is your estimation of gameplay time? Also would your estimate be for just the critical path (solely doing what is necessary to complete the game and nothing more) or including viewing extra details you've put in?
