Basil the Great Mouse Detective
(This film has various titles in different markets.)
It's not classic Disney, but it is enjoyable Disney. A nice mouse-based version of Sherlock Holmes (adapted from a book series), and a reasonable - if slightly silly - story within that context. Not as well known as it should be.
