Not usually, no. (In case someone doesn't get it, I was referencing Melanie's sig.) But if you're making a tomato sauce, those three ingredients fit well. A little honey (or sugar) brings out the flavour of the tomatoes.

For medicine, a cup warm (not too hot, or you destroy the healthy stuff in the honey - IIRC, it shouldn't be above 70 degrees Celcius) water with honey in it is very good for treating a cold.
