The Darjeeling Limited - Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums were good movies, but Life Aquatic was not. Darjeeling is perhaps Wes Anderson's best work. The more I think about the movie, the more I want to see it again because it was so much fun looking into it. It was on the shorter side, but the amount of things he was able to fit into it made it seem much longer, and in a good way.

Apparently you should see a short called Hotel Chevalier before watching Darjeeling. The iTunes link is down, so I can't comment on how important it is. From what I read elsewhere, there are a couple things that it explains, but nothing that's hard to figure out watching Darjeeling on its own.
