Gah. Three days is nothing. I've been without my computer for a fortnight (and that doesn't include the week it took to get them to take it away for repair). Somehow it takes FIFTEEN WORKING DAYS to repair a computer (to the best of my knowledge, it's still sitting in a queue
waiting to be looked at)
