Does that include if the dog attacks another dog too? Just recently I read and article in our local paper about a pitbull shredding a small dog and in the turmoil also biting the small dog's owner's hands pretty bad. It was the second time this dog attacked and this time the owner decided to put it to sleep. Apparently it had to bite a person before someone
took care of the obviously dangerous dog.
