Cripes! I used to warn my kids for creepy guys like that when they were tiny. But my speech to them at that time was more about not following anyone who wanted to show them their cute kitty or puppy over there behind the bushes. And don't even bother to try that approach. All kids know about it and behind their backs the're holding plastic shovels to smash your skull in.
They're trained that way in daycare center you know.
