Fable
Halo
Halo 2
Gears of War
Jade Empire
Geometry Wars
Rallisport Challenge

Mass Effect is a for-sure, as it is a Bioware game. Shadowrun and Alan Wake are most likely going to be simultaneous launches as they are supporting the Windows Live gimmick. Viva, Kameo, and PDZ are most likely not as they are Rare games and Rare doesn't develop their games with the PC in mind. I would not be surprised to see PGR and Forza ported to PC sometime in the future as they are developed and published by MSG's in-house studios same as Bungie.

You are correct in that older MGS games are most likely not going to be ported. But any game that is coming out in 2008+ and supports Live will be out for both PC and 360. Once Vista has a large user base Microsoft is going to push Live Anywhere and we'll begin to see a flood of simultaneous releases for both systems.
