Sorry for the Downtime
Something Amiss got posted on some well read blogs and traffic spiked - so much so that it exceded my hosting provider's bandwidth limit. Consequently the site was down while I transfered to a new host.
Now its back up and will soon feature chapter two in the series. Sorry for the confusion.
