I've played Toonstruck, but that's only 5% or less FMV. After all, you mostly only have Christopher Lloyd in FMV, while everything else is animated cartoon graphics.

I've also played Gabriel Knight 2, and found that to be quite good because of atmosphere and story.

I have Under a Killing Moon lying about in my collection, but I never got it working on my PC. Appearently it's one of the first, and also considered one of the best, so I guess I should try it out sometime.
