I'm listening to the medley right now and I think I've recognized a few of the pieces with the corresponding place/event:
03: Laura Bow II - The Dagger Of Amon Ra (Luigi, the sandwich vendor);
09: Sanitarium (the mansion);
11: Myst (main Myst theme).
10: The Pandora Directive (if I'm not mistaken it's the music played when Tex says to Regan that her father is dead).
