Not really. According to
All Game Guide, PC and Nintendo 64 versions came out in 1999 and Dreamcast and PlayStation versions followed several month later, in 2000.
According to them, the Dreamcast version and Rayman 2: Revolution for PS2 come with some extra content:

Fine additions, then, but nothing to write home about.
I've been thinking about getting Rayman Gold and Rayman 2 myself, but I really don't have time to play them. Haven't even played Psychonauts yet, not to mention other 50+ unplayed games sitting on my shelf.
Oh well, they're cheap and I can't resist a good bargain.
