Everyone is entitled to one, but don't let it happen again or your insurance will go through the roof. And for about ten years you'll have to list this as a "moving violation", even on job applications. Insurance penalties usually last for three years, unless you repeat it. Be good, if it kills you, or you won't be able to afford to drive. Good Luck!
