Austin Powers walks a fine line indeed. There's a lot of inspired comedy in there, but an equal amount of meh sexjokes. The best parts in my opinion the ones in the first movie where Dr. Evil is spoofing the secret agent genre, with elaborate deathtraps and sharks with fricking laserbeams attached to their foreheads
