I just submitted the list of accomplishments to my boss at work. The company I work for is going through a major merger so we are doing the annual performance appraisal a bit early this year. Getting a good appraisal might mean thousands of dollars difference in bonus payout. I could really use the money so I'm hoping for a repeat of the appraisal I got last year.
