Where guys are happy to buy a game that plays up the visuals and visceral things to do (shooters, sports titles), women tend to gravitate to titles that play up the multiplayer aspects (eye toy games, dancemats, mmorpgs).

Me personally, I've never played any multiplayer games. I'd be up for trying an RPG or FPS but if I suck at it, I don't want anyone around to hear me curse violentally.
