All the waiting puzzles in uru path of the shell. There are three seperate instances where you have to wait for fifteen minutes without doing anything. This would have been somewhat excusable if that was made clear to the player.
Also, that puzle in the dig where you have to assemble the turtle skeleton tas very frustrating.
