Any of Sierra's game collections; the individual games aren't too hard to get on eBay, but finding them all at once is considerably more difficult (and expensive).
For LucasArts fans, the FM Towns ports of:
Loom
Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Monkey Island 1
Monkey Island 2
(Loom and Zak have substantial design improvements over their original versions, and Indy 3 has CD music on FM Towns; however, the last three on this list are only for diehard LucasArts collectors, as their graphics are awful compared to the PC versions.)
