The Land of Lamia: World of Monsters
Thomas is eight years old and his sister Lily is six. They wake up one morning to discover their bedroom has been transported to a strange world. Odd looking plants have grown through the floor and an unsettling fog surrounds them. Outside they see a complicated path, and massive creatures made of stone. A feeling strikes them that they have read about this place many times. They rush to their bookshelf and pull down a book called The Land Of Lamia. Quickly turning to the chapter that describes their current surroundings, they start looking for clues about how to survive.
